Challenge
Furniture must not close the horizon, and the kitchen still has to be the centre of the day.
Plan
The living room opens to the terrace, the kitchen is the core of the day, and bedrooms sit in a quiet contour without dark corridors.
Solution
The living room continues the terrace, the kitchen is the heart of the house, and the bedrooms stay quiet.
Result
A house by the water with a clear daily life: the view stays, routes are short, materials are calm.
