Personal data policy

1. General

This policy explains how personal data of visitors to https://bein-art.ru is processed. It follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.

The data operator is ИП Керимова Екатерина Андреевна (sole proprietor Ekaterina Andreevna Kerimova), INN 783801913015, OGRNIP 321784700039262, studio Be In Art. Contact: interior@bein-art.ru. We work in Saint Petersburg, Leningrad Oblast and online across Russia. There is no physical office.

2. What data is processed

Forms on the site may send: name, phone number, email, details of the site (type, area, the format you want), a comment, and technical request data (date and time of sending, IP address in server logs).

3. Purposes and legal basis

Data is processed to reply to an enquiry, clarify the task, estimate the fee and stay in contact about the project. The legal basis is the person’s consent (Art. 6, part 1, clause 1 of 152-FZ) and the need to handle a request before a contract (Art. 6, part 1, clause 5 of 152-FZ).

We do not send marketing mail without separate consent. Contact about an enquiry is used only to reply.

4. How data is processed

An enquiry is sent to the operator’s email interior@bein-art.ru. Processing includes collection, recording, storage, use, correction and deletion. Data is not sold and is not passed to third parties for their marketing.

Hosting and an email service may be used to run the site and deliver mail.

5. How long data is kept

Enquiry data is kept until the purpose is met or consent is withdrawn, and no longer than 3 years from the last contact, unless a longer period is required to protect the operator’s rights or to comply with the law.

6. Your rights

You may ask what data we hold, request correction, blocking or deletion, withdraw consent, and complain to Roskomnadzor or a court. Write to interior@bein-art.ru.

7. Cookies and technical data

The site uses only technical cookies and local storage, needed for the pages to work and to remember that you have seen this notice. Analytics and advertising cookies are not set. Turning cookies off in the browser may limit some functions of the site.

8. Protection

The operator takes organisational and technical measures: limited access to enquiries, HTTPS, and mail credentials kept outside the public part of the site.

9. Changes

The current edition is published on this page. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new edition for technical cookies. Each form still needs a fresh consent when you send it.
