Brief
An 88 m² apartment on Vasilyevsky Island: the sea horizon outside, restrained architecture inside.
Challenge
The view cannot be outshouted. The interior has to support the horizon, not compete with it.
Plan
The day zone opens to the window, furniture is kept low, and private rooms are gathered without extra corridors.
Solution
Low furniture, calm walls and focused light — the apartment stays urban and quiet.
Result
The interior does not argue with the view: the horizon stays primary, and daily life inside is clear.
Before
The risk was closing the horizon with tall furniture and decorative accents.
After
Low planes and quiet materials left the view in charge.
